Privacy Policy

How we handle your information, the choices available to you, and how to reach us with a privacy request.

Last updated: September 9, 2026

1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Sentri-FI LLC (“Sentri-Fi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information through our website, inquiries, consultations, and related communications.

It does not replace a client agreement or data-processing agreement. When we process information on behalf of a business client while delivering services, the client’s instructions and the applicable agreement govern that processing. Questions about information controlled by a client should be directed to that client.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. We collect information you choose to submit, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, service interests, appointment details, and the content of messages or requests. We may keep records of communications and your marketing preferences and consent.

Information from your visit. Our website and service providers may collect IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and interactions with the website or messages. Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies may support this collection.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information through general website forms.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, communicate about requested services, manage business relationships, maintain and secure the website, detect misuse, and improve our content and services.

We also use information to send marketing communications according to your preferences and applicable law, understand campaign performance, and support advertising where enabled. We may use or retain information to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect legitimate rights.

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies for website functions and, where enabled, analytics and advertising. Essential technologies support functions such as security and forms. Analytics helps us understand website use. Advertising technologies may measure campaigns or help present relevant ads, including across websites.

You can use cookie choices presented on the website, where available, and your browser settings to manage cookies. Blocking some technologies may affect website features. Browser settings may not control every tracking technology, and choices may need to be repeated on different browsers or devices.

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising disclosures may be treated as “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws even without payment. Where those laws apply, you may request an opt-out by contacting us. We honor legally required opt-out preference signals where applicable.

5. How information is disclosed

We may disclose information to providers that help us operate our business, including website hosting, CRM, scheduling, email and text delivery, analytics, advertising, and IT support providers. They receive information needed for their role, subject to applicable contractual and legal restrictions. Our website and customer-communication tools use the GoHighLevel/LeadConnector platform.

We may also disclose information when required by law or valid legal process; to protect safety, security, or legal rights; with your direction or consent; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable protections.

We do not sell your personal information. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent information may be provided to messaging vendors only as needed to deliver and operate the messaging service.

6. Email and text preferences

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in a message. For marketing texts, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may also contact [email protected] or (972) 737-5708. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not required to purchase services.

We may retain limited information about an opt-out so we can respect your choice. Necessary communications about an active request or service relationship may continue where permitted by law. Opting out of marketing does not by itself delete all information we hold.

7. Retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including servicing requests, maintaining business records, honoring communication preferences, and meeting legal or contractual requirements. Retention depends on the information, purpose, and applicable obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your privacy requests

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, and to opt out of certain advertising uses or disclosures. These rights may be subject to exceptions.

To make a request, email [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority before responding. Please do not include sensitive identity documents in your initial email. We will explain any additional verification needed and respond within the period required by applicable law.

Where applicable law permits an appeal of a denied request, contact the same address with “Privacy Appeal.” We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

9. Children and international visitors

Our website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
